SUSHI CHEF (FILIPINO ONLY)

Create high quality sushi,including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting and dine-in preparation as per the company recipe.

Job Descriptions:
• Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are strictly complied
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi bar station
• Maintain daily production records

Qualifications:
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
• Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends
• Japanese cuisine experience is a must
• FILIPINO NATIONALITY ONLY
