Technical Supervisor

Meraas Holding is involved in a number of high profile projects across Dubai. As the Technical Supervisor, your role will be responsible for maintaining the marina, including all plant and related equipment in accordance with energy conservation and preventative maintenance programs.
Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following;
• Maintaining and ensuring the planned preventative maintenance program for the Marina, plant and equipment is carried out.
• Conducting regular inspections, visually assessing the safe and efficient maintenance and operation of the physical structure(s) of the marina, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and any other related equipment.
• Maintaining effective Preventative Maintenance programs, and conducting special training for the operating team on the safe and efficient use of equipment and energy in the marina.
• Ensuring the completion of all routine repairs and maintenance and minor construction work both ashore and afloat, indoors and out.
• Ensuring work schedules are prioritized in accordance with guest needs.
• Liaising with the Operation duty manager in preparing the annual repairs and maintenance budget.
• Complying with the marina regulations regarding dress and expected behavior, reflecting consistently Owner brand standards whilst offering a personalized service to all internal and external customers.
• Carrying out all other duties for the smooth running of the marina and assist the marina management team in such matters as may be reasonably required.
