Technical Support Engineer- Retail experience (POS Machines)
A well-reputed American IT Solution provider in Dubai is looking out for Technical Support Engineer.
Exp:- 1-3 years in Technical Support Should have Technical exp in IT.
Must have knowledge on Windows Registry, Windows Services, VPN and IIS.
Good Knowledge in windows operating systems setup and troubleshooting.
Good knowledge in printers setup, installation and troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge in networking.
Good English communication Skills.
Must have experience in Retail Industry
Must have experience in troubleshooting POS machines
