Job Description:
We are seeking energetic individuals with strong selling skills for the position of Sales Executives who will introduce and offer products and services of Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company DU Telecom. Strong organizational and communication skills are required as well as previous sales experience utilizing conceptual/strategic selling.Candidates with rich corporate and enterprise clientile network are highly preferable Candidates from Banks, Insurance companies, construction and transportation sectors are also preferably considered.
POSITION TITLE: TeleSales Representative
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a telephone sales executive you'll be expected to sell the products and services of the company you work for by calling prospective clients. You may also be carrying out market research, so you won't necessarily be stuck to the phone.Working within a team of other sales executives you'll be set targets and strategies by the sales manager/team supervisor. Your day will be mostly spent calling enterprise customers and persuading them to either purchase a product, trial a service or accept a visit from another member of the sales team.
Duties in Detail: -The generation and development of qualified leads for the sales team. -Primarily handling outbound telemarketing, coordinating with email and mailing efforts across all sales channels. -Some inbound call handling in response to online enquiries and other marketing activities. - Working with the prospect database to develop prospects into qualified leads, coordinating with sales activities. - Liasing with marketing to assist in event follow-up and mail campaigns. -Developing and maintaining the required knowledge of the company and its services to identify customer needs and maximize the opportunity. - Accurately recording new information (company, contacts, job titles) into the marketing databases, continuously validating all data, including current contacts and associated details such as email addresses, within the marketing database with the input of updates as required. -Undertaking research as required to the identify new organisations and markets for the team to target.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Preferably Filipino/Filipina
Bachelor or MS in Marketing, Strategy and Business Administration
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing preferably in telecommunications sector
High standard of Telecommunications product and service knowledge
Fluent in English, other languages will be an asset
Track record of high standards of performance in Sales, Telesales
Frontline customer service experience
Ability to communicate effectively with corporate customers
High standard of personal motivation and initiative
Ability to respond positively to working within a pressurised environment.
