We at Al Tayer Group are looking for Temporary HR Systems Coordinator - HCM as a part of our HR Systems team in HR.
This is a long term temporary opportunity and we are looking techno functional experts who shall be available to join at a short notice.
Key accountabilities of the role:
• Point of contact to manage End-Users queries (All Users) post Go-Live
• Provide assistance to End users to resolve their problems
• Escalate the problems if found irresolvable by phone, to next level of support and ensure that the problems are responded to/ resolved within prescribed time limit
• Provide Feedback to the HCM Core Team about the system related issues faced by users to improve the User Experience
• Participate in System Testing (UAT)
• Train End-Users (HR Users), as needed
• Participate in data-readiness & migration
• Constantly liaise with the HR Users to gather their feedback and work towards improving their experience
• Provide post go-live support to the End-Users
• Manage system administration activities
• Participate in monthly Oracle patch testing
• Participate in rolling out half-yearly HCM upgrades/ releases (Functional configurations, User Testing, training, deployment and post go-live support)

Skill requirements
• Semi-technical & full-functional understanding of Hyperion, HCM Fusion and Taleo application desired
• Understanding of HR processes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Gel well with all levels within HR and outside HR community.
• Smart, go-getter personality
• Capable to manage assigned tasks independently with limited direction within specified timeframe
• A pleasing personality, eager to learn fast, flexible and a great team player
