Job Description

  • Main Purpose of the Role:
This role is responsible for greeting and making the best first impression on our visitors, and managing the switchboard. The role will also support across the organization in terms of administrative support across the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception & Switchboard
-Clients and visitors received according to General Mills international standards
-Switchboard is answered promptly and calls directed as required
-Attending to courier/ parcel delivery/ collection and informing the relevant person
-Function/catering requirements are organized professionally and meet necessary requirements

Administration 
-Booking of flight, vehicles and hotels for employees and visitors nationally and internationally
-Ad hoc administration support 

Qualifications

Required Experience & Qualifications
Education – Bachelor Degree
Experience - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar field.
Specific Knowledge/Skills – Customer call centre / reception / admin experience.
The incumbent should have their own visa and is willing to stay for 6 months
