To co-ordinate the end to end activities related to the domestic product sales business. The incumbent will ensure that trades are executed, as per the contractual terms, for The Company’s contracts. The incumbent will be responsible for the execution of the supply deal, satisfactorily closing out physical deal files, monitoring contractual pricing and payment dates, preparing import and export documentation, liaising with surveyors and agents, issuing instruction to vessels and storage facilities related to the movements of products, liaising with authorities and ports and liaising with finance regarding financial securities that are required. The position is further responsible for the management of records related to these activities for daily reporting purposes.
Major Responsibilities:
- Manage Domestic Sales Business
- Co-ordinate activities between the Cargo and Domestic Sales Trader/s to accurately report the daily physical.
- Co-ordinate operational activities related to execution of the buy and sell side contracts, including LCs, credits, issuing of sales invoices, operational instructions at ports or depots to all counter-parties,
- Manage the performance of the Operator responsible for domestic sales scheduling and administration.
- Deliver Weekly schedules
- Deliver daily financial position and SP to management
- Deal File close-out
- Manage deal information and operations for all vessels, close out of deal files as per the companies requirements, monitor documentation to ensure that it complies with contractual requirements, monitor pricing and payment dates, collate appropriate documentation to assist with the internal financial processes, check and prepare invoices and payments for approval, manage product contracts and associated losses.
- Develop existing deal management systems to track: deal performance on a weekly and monthly basis
- System updated with all cost required for PNL determination
- Manage all shipping contracts and associated losses, manage all storage contracts associated with deals to ensure compliance to the contractual terms.
- Analyse all demurrage claims, liaise with the appropriate internal and external personnel to ensure that demurrage claims are closed out.
- Establish and optimize existing management systems to track demurrage position on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Storage cost and shipping as per budget.
- Prepare deal profit and loss statement including all relevant cost for each deal.

- Recommends appropriate scheduling of cargo purchases and domestics sales, in conjunction with Domestic Sales Trader/s and Paper trader. Decisions will be related to the price and volumes of products that will be sold or purchased for the domestic business.
- Position will liaise with Senior Operational personnel, government authorities, tank farm operators and management, surveyors and AGE's registered customers externally.
- Internally the position will liaise with Middle and Senior management, including people at their level.
Qualifications & Desired Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce and/or science/ engineering.
- Preferred Industry related courses on trading and technical analysis.
- Work Experience in a similar role (+ 4 years)
- Able to calculate profit and loss
- Able to use Microsoft Office tools, including WORD and EXCEL
- Understands Petroleum market pricing for invoicing purposes
- Understands basic supply chain cost workups, including unit conversions
- Understands typical contractual clauses, including Incoterms used for petroleum deals
- Previous experience related to depot management, commercial depot operations.
- Excellent commercial awareness
- Ability to work under pressure in a time sensitive environment
- Requires quick decisions despite competitive and volatile environment.
- High level of disciplined is required to solve complex day to day problems.
