Training Sales Consultant
The primary responsibilities of the Training Sales Consultant will be to perform training sales and training course development. The sales Consultant may work in a team role and is expected to have knowledge of the training sales for technical and functional training programs and be familiar with customer need assessment transforming need into revenue through consistent sales process of training programs. Candidate will be young, energetic and a team player. Understand the modern business and workplace environment.
The selected candidate will register trainee/participants in training events/programs which will be organized and planned by the candidate. These programs will be promoted and pitched to corporate & public for skill development within MENA region. organizing training events as per published calendar Generating training and development leads Managing business to business relationships. Achieve sales and revenue targets. Assisting sales and business managers and team leader to coordinate with the team Generate new program ideas to drive sales.
Develop a business research plans and understand business contents Create event sales pitch specific to the training programs. Develop process for cold calls constant and consistent follow up with prospective clients develop relationship with client’s Update reporting in ERP on customer information and updates. Build new call data on regularly basis and report Follow cost guide lines for each events. Education Minimum BSC/ BBA, or equivalent. Experienced program Sales and coursework development, curriculum design, or publication dissertation writing. Excellent communication, presentation and professional skills. 2-4 years of experience in a customer facing role. Ability to work effectively in a small virtual team environment. Strong time management skills and multitasking abilities. Self-starter, autonomous, independent work-style.
