UAE National - Corporate Asst Relationship Manager

Our client, an Internationally recognized Corporate Banking Institution, is recruiting for a UAE National - Corporate Assistant Relationship Manager . You will be directly reporting to the Country Head


Direct Responsibilities


1- Supporting the Corporate Bankers in order to strengthen our marketing presence towards Clients and prospects


? Participate in the drafting of presentation, commercial offers and term-sheets.


? Assist relationship managers in the structuring of transactions.


? Research information, write memos on prospects and organize meeting with them. Support the Corporate Bankers in preparing Client Action Plans and contribute to the follow up.


2- Preparing client visits and helping the Corporate Bankers to identify business opportunities


? Analyse clients? contribution to the banks? revenues.


? Detect any commercial or cross-selling opportunities and discuss the same with the Corporate Bankers.


? Prepare and, if required, attend client visits with Corporate Bankers.


? Closely follow up all commercial opportunities in liaison with Corporate Bankers and business lines.


3- Supporting the Corporate Bankers in the day to day management of the files, notably with regards to Risk excesses and exceptions


? Contribute to the annual credit review by interacting with the clients for some general inquiries and documentary requirements in close coordination with Corporate Bankers and CCA Analysts who remain responsible for the preparation of Credit Proposals.


? Liaise with the customers in order to obtain all required financial statements in due course. Develop and maintain contract financing follow-up with regards to work progress, cash-flow, and receivable updates?etc., through regular collection of information and documents from clients.


? Contribute to the preparation of internal memos (green-light requests, REAC?etc)


? Check that revenues and notably cross-selling revenues are correctly booked in our systems. To liaise with Finance & Control when required.


? Fill in Excess Reports (Daily and Weekly)


4- Contributing to the good quality of client servicing while preserving Bank?s profitability


? Regularly check clients pricing conditions are correctly loaded in our systems and applied to customers, and propose changes to the Corporate Bankers when required.


? Handle all queries related to client transactions and coordinate with the various departments to solve these queries.


? Co-ordinate with Operations to ensure prompt service to the clients.


? Establishes and maintains relationships with Business Lines, Credit Analysts, CRC, Compliance, Customer Service Teams and Operations, etc


5- Helping the Corporate Bankers to obtain in due course all the required legal documentation from clients.


? Assist the Corporate Bankers by liaising with the customers in order to obtain all legal and administrative documentation.


? Provide support to Corporate Bankers for KYC reviews, in close interaction with the Customer Service Desk.


? Liaise with Operations regarding proxy documents.


? Manage the account opening/closing and facility documentation processes, in coordination with Corporate Bankers, CSD and CRC, clients, legal advisors (as required) with regards to:
o Client on-boarding ? if required attend client meetings with Corporate Bankers for account opening process
o KYC updating
o Preparation of facility letters, loan agreements and securities documentation
o Completing conditions precedents
