Visual Merchandiser | Toys R Us | Dubai Festival City
About the Job: We are seeking to hire a Visual Merchandiser for our Toys "R" Us store in Dubai Festival City. In this role you will be responsible and accountable for maintaining the company?s display standards and the effective use of sales promotion material in your locations.
You will create a fresh look and WOW factor on each and every promotion, launching in the store by planning ahead of time and preparing the things needed in order to have a successful operation and% compliance with timely execution of TRU Visual Guidelines and actions from weekly bulletin. You will control quality and quantity merchandise for display, ensuring regular rotation and prompt return to the department. You will conducting daily floor walks to check for damages on visual display and conducting training for staff on visual principals and store keeping standards.
You will effectively communicate the availability of new Pop?s/ Décor and Signage?s to the Store Manager(s)/ VM Manager and provide a high standard of internal customer service.
About You: To be successful in winning this role, you will be a Graduate of 4 years course/ and or College Level with minimum of 2 years? experience in Retail Merchandising, preferably with visual and creative background. You will have good planning and co-ordination skills as well as ability to communicate effectively to ensure synergy of promotional display and merchandise across all stores. You will be able to follow instructions and where necessary to translate instructions into a workable solution to suit the needs of the business.
You will have excellent English communication skills and good understanding of VM guidelines. You will be physically fit to be able to carry daily tasks successfully.
