VM (Visual Merchandiser) Manager

On behalf of our client – An electrical appliance manufacturer, we are looking for a Product VM (Visual Merchandiser) Manager to join their Dubai office.

The purpose of the role is to support the Brand in the implementation and consistency of the Brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visit to ensure all our store display in line with our Group CM strategy
- Implement the VM policies inside our stores.
- Work with VM / Brand design team to promote key product statements/ offers
- Eyes on our competitors and keep update the market trend to assist company in making decision of product promotion, product price
- Conduct market research to gain actionable customer insights
- Making weekly plan and report in order to update sales team about the market trend
- Conduct regular store visit to develop awareness of competitor visual merchandising activity and feedback to team on a regular basis.
- Working with Product Management Team and Sales Team to ensure process is efficient
- Cooperate with our partners on its implementation and brand target achievement
- Keep yourself updated about competitors activities and take action in implementing the swift counter

Requirements

- 5 years' experience in same or similar role
- MUST – Currently based in GCC and have GCC working experience for minimum 2 years.
- MUST – Experience in dealing with products like Electrical Appliance / Home Appliance / White goods
- MUST – Excellent English & Arabic Communication Skills both in written and spoken
- MUST – Good at PPT, Excel, Word
- MUST – Valid Driving License in UAE or transferable driving license
- Strong analysis skills
- Excellent people management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties.
- Bachelor degree preferably in Marketing, Business or Communication from an accredited college or university
- 50% travel within the GCC region
