VP/ SENIOR DIRECTOR OF SALES

Our client is a Leading Property Development Group with an excellent reputation across the region. We are looking for an experienced VP/ Senior Director of Sales to be based in Dubai, UAE. This role is the most senior person in Sales for the entire company, the CEO’s number 2. Essential Requirements Must have an excellent track record in Sales and be the most senior sales management person for their company at the moment Must have a personality which is aggressive and focused in sales that can manage a team and also be hands on in his management style. Might need to assist his Sales team in closing business himself at times Must have a background in Sales for Insurance/ Banking/ Real Estate/ FMCG. Retail/ Events / Automotive industries Must have experience in leading a large sales team (could be managing up to 1,000 sales staff) Must have good international client portfolio and experience Open to Indian and GCC nationals in GCC now Salary/Compensation Salary is open and will reflect experience levels and interview performance Salary is between 40K to 75K AED total package per month + commission month total package
