VP/ SENIOR DIRECTOR OF SALES

Our client is a Leading Property Development Group with an excellent reputation across the region. We are looking for an experienced VP/ Senior Director of Sales to be based in Dubai, UAE. This role is the most senior person in Sales for the entire company, the CEO’s number 2.

Essential Requirements

• Must have an excellent track record in Sales and be the most senior sales management person for their company at the moment
• Must have a personality which is aggressive and focused in sales that can manage a team and also be hands on in his management style. Might need to assist his Sales team in closing business himself at times
• Must have a background in Sales for Insurance/ Banking/ Real Estate/ FMCG. Retail/ Events / Automotive industries
• Must have experience in leading a large sales team (could be managing up to 1,000 sales staff)
• Must have good international client portfolio and experience
• Open to Indian and GCC nationals in GCC now

Salary/Compensation

• Salary is open and will reflect experience levels and interview performance
• Salary is between 40K to 75K AED total package per month + commission month total package
