  • To develop and implement efficient vehicle management system
  • To study project requirement and ensure proper vehicle placement to get optimum efficiency

  • To develop relationships to place vehicles on urgent notice
  • To develop maintenance policy
  • To develop vehicle hiring, placement, accident, returning policies

  • Procurement:
  • Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials
  • Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project
  • Advise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing Terms & Conditions
  • In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules
  • Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors
  • Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation
  • Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery and short lead time requirements
  • Administration:
  • To ensure all facilities i.e. offices, accommodation, general matters are in place.
  • To ensure professional discipline all over the company
  • To ensure all admin policies and procedures are in place and implemented.
  • To contribute to improving facilities standards
  • Facilities management for office
  • Organise and minute weekly office meetings
  • Insurances and registration – Office and Car
  • Office Licensing
  • Lease contracts
  • Relationship Management
  • Filing and management of corporate contracts
  • Petty cash reporting and requesting of cash
  • Health and safety, including first aid box and emergency evacuation procedures and annual risk assessment
  • Events support when required
Requirements
  • Bachelor's
  • English speaker with exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Hindi Speaker preferred.
  • 4+ years professional experience, with at least 3 in Admin
  • Outstanding attention to detail with a commitment to excellence
  • Energetic, dynamic and creative
