Must have 5 years experience in U.A.E – Total experience must be 13+ years.

We are looking for an experienced MEP – Head of Design to lead the project from a design side.

The role will be responsible for managing the transfer to shop drawings, equipment selecting, material selection, liaising with procurement, overseeing the CAD teams and assistant mechanical and electrical engineers.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who can drive the project forward from a design / engineering perspective. The successful individual will;

Demonstrate a previous history working in Design Management
Have experience in working in mid-rise/high-rise residential/commercial mix buildings

Proactively Interact with different departments understand requirement, do feasibility studies, develop Innovative Design Concepts.Present concepts, achievements and capabilities to Clients.

 Drive design, project and financial approvals with other departments

 Handle other departments and all stake holders. Review all Bid, designs and finanancial MEP documents.

Ensure collaborative environment and smooth flow of work during the feasibility,  concepts, schematic/detailed design, tendering, GFC and execution stages for MEP Projects.

Ensure no variance in MEP Design and Execution.

Ensure compliance with Design Standards
