Assistant Travel Consultant

To assist customers with travel options and process their tickets on time in order to sustain continued customer patronage

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Assist the senior travel consultants in planning out of itineraries.
  • Provide service for customers by timely issuance of tickets to enable them to proceed with their travel.
  • Inform clients of travel dates, times, connections, baggage limits, medical & visa requirements and assist in preparing required documents or forms for travel.
  • Adhere to all administrative policies and procedures relating to ticketing and collection of cash/ cheques from customers.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of all regular customers pertaining to their bookings, frequent traveler numbers, meal / seat preferences etc., to offer them personalized service.
  • Receive and process customer feedback, after completion of travel, to gauge their views/ opinions on the level & quality of service offered by ATTA and scope for improvement, if any.
Job Requirements

Education/Certifications
  • Intermediate / “A’ Levels
  • Additional qualifications/IATA certification would be an advantage
Years of Experience
  • 1-3 years experience in the travel industry
