Arabic Instructor

Job Objective: To contribute effectively to the achievement of the university's mission, especially in terms of providing quality education through the use of professional skills and effective teaching and help in harmony with the educational philosophy and learning methods used at the university.

Key Responsibilities:
• To meet the contractual obligations for a full tuition in each semester assigned to him by the Administrator, and to determine the teaching load according to the requirements of the department and the university's instructions regarding the academic burden.
• Facilitate and facilitate the process of student learning, education effectively, and conduct a learning assessment of all courses taught using the approved criteria outlined in the course plan.
• Develop course materials, including lesson plans, assignments, tests, exams, course notes, and presentations.
• Participate in the learning evaluation at the program level, including participation in the formulation of learning outcomes, selection and application of standards, assessment of student performance, and suggesting changes to improve learning.
• Supervising the students' hands-on training programs. This includes preparing the program schedules, monitoring and verifying that the student meets the requirements of these programs and assesses their performance in them.
• Use approved textbooks and / or other educational materials to carry out study assignments. And coordinate the introduction of new educational materials through the Administrator, taking into account the time dimension.
• Assist students in identifying and achieving educational goals by participating in the provision of academic guidance, as well as providing occasional academic counseling to students in the classroom.
• Working within the team (teachers and administrators) to develop curricula, standards, and policies, including contributing to the review and selection of textbooks where appropriate.
• Maintain course files and assessment files (electronic or physical) and provide a written explanation of the system of distribution of marks and requirements of the course and other class policies as specified by the Deanship of Academic Studies.
