HR Assistant

Handling on boarding and off boarding processes. Coordinating induction training to newly hired employees. Assisting with the PRO (Public Relation Officers) with regards to - Employees new work permit/visa applications. Residence visa and labor card renewals. Labor Contract Amendments. Outside and inside country labor and immigration cancellations. Quota applications Trade license yearly renewal Establishment card renewals. Lease agreements and EJARI yearly renewals. Labor Signatory Card amendments. Tracking visa applications through Ministry of Labor and UAE immigration company log ins. Coordinating in the process of group and individual insurance, providing the database of employees with all the required information and documents, updating with addition and deletions with regards to new visa and cancellations. Preparing certificates such and experience letters, NOC's, acknowledgement letters etc. Coordinating with the accounts department for the PRO transactions and payments (Cash and online) and payment clearances (Cash and online) Record Keeping and Scanning of documents. Calling and scheduling Interviews. Assisting medical and life insurance related issues, vacation entitlement, attendance, sick leaves, daily task, etc. Any other task assigned by Management or HR Head.

Qualification:
Bachelors Degree

Experience:
2 years
