Job Description & Role:
• Support customers in optimizing their business processes through the design and deployment of web based intranet and internet solutions.
• Develop business specification document by interacting directly with Clients, business departments and using standard templates to ensure exhaustiveness of requirements
• Work Closely with Web Developers on functionality and design requirements.
• Sign off on each change before it is deployed to end customers confirming expected functionality.
• Understand the Client data and develop reports and statistical charts which can provide information and clarity to Client management.
• Support relevant stakeholders in assessing the effort required for new requirements and change request
• Provide regular status updates to Senior Management

• Proficiency in analytic and modeling tools and business case development
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, problem solving and customer service skills
• Ability to demonstrate creative thinking and elicit and recognize business problems to be solved or opportunities to be capitalized on
• Customer Facing experience
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
• Arabic is a plus• Business Process design and documentation.
