Business Development Manager - Electronic Security Systems
G4S is currently looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager for Electronic Security Solutions Division. Reporting to the Director of Operations the successful candidate will be responsible in generating new business, account management of high profile accounts and generation of maintenance revenues.
Responsibilities includes (but not limited to) the following:
• Ensure delivery of services to the clients as per their expectations and in accordance with the contractual obligations, thus contributing to the growth of the Company.
• Responsible for the recurring business for ESS division and will be tasked to grow the business in line with the aggressive targets to deliver year on year growth in both turnover and margin.
• Develop short and long term business strategies for delivering the key objectives.
• Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; invoicing projections; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Manage accounts in accordance with Divisional and regional guidelines.
• Develop and grow the customer portfolio
• Ensure market and competitor analysis is for existing areas of service delivery
• Facilitate contract mobilization ensuring a seamless implantation
• Developing the top and Bottom line performance
• Develop and implement personal account management plans to enhance the G4S bran
• Support Divisional bid preparation and project handover
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with new and existing customers
