A Chief Product Officer / Product Director / Head of Product is needed by a high growth, Fintech start-up to own the product function.
The Chief Product Officer / Product Director / Head of Product will be responsible for managing the product team to build and deliver, new and innovative products within an Agile environment.
The Chief Product Officer / Product Director / Head of Product will:
*Take ownership of the product function
*Manage the delivery of new products and maximize existing products
*Manage 4 direct report product managers
*Make build or buy decisions according to value, cost and data
*Be an active, integral member of the executive committee
*Manage stakeholders and be the point of communication for Product across the business
The Chief Product Officer / Product Director / Head of Product must:
*Have experience working in the Fintech / financial services / investment banking industry
*Be an experienced, senior or head level Product Manager
*Have experience working in financial services
*Be a highly intellectual, high-level communicator
*Be familiar and experienced in working in Agile methodology
*Previously build products for scratch
