MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering
Total 8 years of experience and minimum of 03 years work experience as Civil/Architectural Inspector with reputed consultancy.
Familiar with the latest drafting & computer aided & design software, standard symbols and nomenclature to his/her work discipline.
Possess analytical mind, can work under pressure with minimum supervision and result oriented.
Can communicate very well in industry language.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Review Contactor’s shop drawings, material submittals and confirms conformance to project specifications.
Attend to weekly site meetings.
Monitoring the quality control on site.
Conducting civil works inspections and ensures that the work in progress is in accordance to approved shop drawing and project specifications.
Confirming in writing the instructions to the contractor.
Issuing the Non Conformance Reports to the contractor in case if the executed works found not complying with the approved design/specifications.
Coordinating with all supervision staff
Following the instructions of the Project Manager related to the work on site.
Perform other duties as required
