1- Purpose :
- To improve the drafting design and shop drawing and to support concerned engineers and staff on drawing aspects.
2- Accountabilities:
2-1 To coordinate with engineering D.C. update approved drawings in the server.
2-2 To coordinate with engineering D.C.to maintain shop drawings log for active projects.
2-3 To follow up for the engineer comments on drawings and implement the same.
2-3 To assist in the preparation of Design & Build proposal drawings and all of required shop drawings.
3- Duties:
3-1 Work from rough sketches and design calculations created by engineers.
3-2 Maintains the standard drafting procedure in preparing design drawings and shop drawings.
3-3 Maintains the standard drafting procedure in preparing design drawings and shop drawings.
3-4 Following the engineering CAD and filling systems according to the engineering procedures.
3-5 Prepares shop drawings to be checked by the engineer
3-6 Prepares details and modifies detailed structural drawings including sections, elevations, plans, part view etc., in order for the company to get drawing approval of proposed projects from client and relevant authorities.
3-7 Review and record of shop drawings before submitting to Engineer for review
3-8 Updates all drawings in the server in revisions.
3-9 Co-ordination between the related drawings (Xref’s, Services) during preparation of such drawings using AutoCAD software.
3-10 Completes design work including schematics for in-house projects.
3-11 Develops multiple view drawing
3-12 Maintains organized records of active projects in coordination with engineering D.C.
3-13 All printing works should be in coordination with engineering D.C.
3-14 Performs any other job/task as assigned by direct supervisor
