Job Description
• The cook or night shift cook is required to carry out the instructions of the Head Chef.
• He shall have a strong and practical knowledge of Continental and National meals preparation as well as various confessions meals standards.
• At least 2 years in similar position with proven experiences in onshore/offshore catering services is required.
• His background is based on an intermediate class hotel at a junior level.
