Description:
Job Description
1) Open and introduce new market outlets in the area of MENACA region;
2) Manage sales to optimize potential of each account and regularly visit, build and maintain relationships with the Point of Sales Staff and Management; and maintain and improve in-store presence and visibility .
3) Organize, and train sales staff in POS on how to present the Robert Wan brand;
4) Develop customer relationship;
5) Promote and contribute to the Marketing Development of the Robert Wan brand through targeted events and other areas in the MENACA region;
6) Assist the Marketing Team in the implementation of various communication tools (brochures, catalogs, website ...)
7) Supervise the activities of trading and distribution in the POS and other areas of jurisdiction.
8) Conduct Private sales and assist in providing the selection of distributors in the high-end and mid-range for the Robert Wan brand segment;
9) Provide assistance to the marketing team for the arrangement on the window displays for retailers as well as that of any shops where the Robert Wan collection has been showcased;
10) Liaise with marketing group on all local and international marketing activity.
11) Should provide the management with a Attainable Projected Sales Plan at the beginning of the year for every Point of Sales and the Showroom. Hence, evaluation on the actual sales generated will be done at the end of every month.
Skills
Knows how to speak Arabic and English;
Ability to travel extensively to manage accounts in the region
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
Entrepreneurial ability to work independently, as well as to be a team player and can work under pressure
Has a strong organizational skills, with a pro-active and problem solving approach to tasks
