Contract Data Architect – Transformation – 45k – 55k AED (£9,500 - £11,500) per month

Are you looking to gain commercial exposure to an international client? An opportunity to work for one of the most prestigious organisations in the world based in Dubai has arisen for a Data Architect to work on a long-term contract basis.
Role Overview
• Ability to switch between bigger picture as well as zoom in to the details. Ability to abstract solutions and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Strong exposure to data architecture principles and ability to do data modelling. Experience in various data modelling standards, tools and techniques.
• Ability to drive enterprise data architecture across various development partners. Ability to facilitate and enforce governance.
• Ensure data consistency and manage consistent use of data glossary across various enterprise solutions and platforms.
• Define and drive data architecture and data models at the enterprise / program level and ability to communicate architecture solutions to delivery teams.
• Understanding of physical data model across various technologies such as RDBMS as well as No SQLs.
• Strong experience in agile developments. Ability to work with partial information.
• Experience in transformation projects. Work experience in working with custom development as well as partner developments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to take ownership of data architecture work with strong execution and delivery skills
• Consulting background in large organizations is preferred.
