Senior Project Manager , PM - 18+ Months FTC - Dubai , UAE - SAP Successfactors Implementation

SapientRazorfish_ have a need for a senior Project Manager, with experience in all phases of large-scale, high profile and complex SAP HCM / Successfactors implementation programmes, to join our team in Dubai.
The Successfactors Human Resources (HR) Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables. This includes implementation, upgrade, and the extension of Successfactors application.
Your primary responsibilities will be to;
• manage the end-to-end project life cycle to deliver projects to time and budget
• facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and align them with solution functionality
• Undertake project scoping, requirements gathering, and project planning activities
• Manage projects and lead teams ensuring project methods, approaches, and controls are adhered to
• Act as an ambassador to Sapient whilst working with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations
• Improve the operational metrics, business case development & performance measurements
• Provide support to the interface work-stream so as to understand business scenarios and integration between the solution and other applications
• Prioritise and meet tight deadlines in a high visibility environment whilst also identifying and scoping new opportunities
• Support testing, training and change management work streams
• Collaborate with management, clients, art directors, other project & ops managers, UX architects, web producers and other internal service providers
The ideal Candidate will have:
• Been previously involved with at least one implementation with the SAP Successfactors and have good HCM process knowledge
• Hands-on experience participating in software implementation projects as part of the implementation teams
• Plenty of experience performing a highly client facing role
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Clear and demonstrable leadership experience
• Would preferably come from a management consultancy background
• Strong team player with proven achievement in contributing to a team-oriented environment) and team leadership skills. A natural ability to manage relationships, issues, risks, escalations and good communications is essential for this role
• Thorough knowledge of MS Office to include Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
• Must be able to speak/write English at a native/fluent level and (desirably) have the ability to speak/write in Arabic
