Customer Service Associate (Walk In Interview On 14th Nov)

Job Description :

• Prepares for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes.
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Handle cash transactions with customers
• Scan goods and collect payments

Requirement

Nationality:- Indian,Nepali, Vietnamese, Any Eastern European nationality.
Gender :- Male/ female
Salary :- AED 2000-2500/- + Medical Insurance and Air Ticket
Walk IN Interview at Dulsco Head Office on 14th Nov time 9:00 am to 1:00 Pm.

• 3 years’ work experience with High school degree (Minimum)
• Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. cash register, scanners, money counters etc)
• Customer satisfaction-oriented
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Multi Skilled and focused on detailing


How to Reach :- Easiest way is via Metro. Please alight/get down at First Gulf Bank Metro Station. You can take a cab or Feeder bus F25 available from Metro Station. Get down at Al Quoz Dynamic Industries Station (Bus Stop is in front of DULSCO Head office; approximate 20 minutes from metro stop) / From Bur Dubai Bus #21.
Once you reach the location you have to proceed to the back side of the building to the first floor.
