Job Details:

• Answering the calls from customers and provide information of company services.
• Connection of customers shipment with the shipping lines.
• Collect information from customers for custom documentation.
• Follow up of the customer complaints.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication skill needed.
• Basic knowledge in computer softwares.
