Aptec an Ingram Micro in Dubai is looking for an Executive  Assistant to Executives and will be responsible for providing professional and confidential secretarial and high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports and PowerPoint, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.

Qualifications: Graduate,
Experience:  3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
Skills & Knowledge:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to handle confidential & discrete data, Ethical, Honest and Reliable;
  • Excellent organization skills;
  • Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Highly motivated, Organized & self-driven
  • Multitasking & willing to walk the extra mile.
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office mainly Excel & PowerPoint
