The Director of Business Development is responsible for all sales and marketing activities of the agency and implementation of the business development plan & execution, which includes: prospecting, lead generation and qualification, presentation development and follow-up. Desired Profile: Local experience is a must Experience in Business Development & Advertising/ Marketing Agency background is a must With UAE driving license Key Skills: Should be fluent in English, Arabic will be a plus Being able to communicate verbally and in written form Being able to responsibly delegate to others Being analytical and able to interpret data Being influential, confident and motivated Being logical and decisive Being objective, flexible and independent Encouraging fellow co-workers Handling stressful experiences Having tact, professionalism and diplomacy In depth knowledge of Marketing ( online & Offline ) Understands the business and marketing challenges of key prospects.
