Charterhouse is working with an industry leading hotel chain. Our client is looking to hire a Director of Finance. Working for a multinational hotel chain, you will have a background within a similar environment, preferably 5 Star. This organisation has a major presence in the market, therefore they require a confident and experienced candidate who can bring value to this role. You will be the financial voice of the hotel and will be responsible for successfully guiding your team members. Understanding strategic objectives and company operations, you will delegate duties and responsibilities. You will form excellent relationships with financial partners as well as review capital expenditure plans. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Director of Finance coupled with a solid background within hospitality. It is essential you have worked at a similar level within a 5 Star multinational hotel chain and have exceptional knowledge of annual budgets, operational and strategic planning.
