Key responsibilities Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up / Drop hotel guests at predetermined locations and predetermined times in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Duties include operating and maintaining transportation vehicles with a focus on safety and customer courtesy.
• Assist guests in the handling of luggage and large packages.
• The driver may open the car door for guests.
• Educate passengers with regard to local information.
• Performing daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Performing minor maintenance tasks on the vehicles when necessary.
• Fuelling the vehicle.
• Ensuring that periodic scheduled vehicle maintenance is completed and reported.
• Documenting customer usage.
• Preparing trip reports.
• Preparing accident and incident reports as necessary.
• Assisting guests in and out of the vehicle.
• Providing other services as requested by management when not engaged in transportation service.
• Should be familiar with the roads and landmarks in the UAE (Especially Dubai).
• Should also be knowledgeable of all local rules of the road.

Key requirements Key Requirements:

• You will have educated to degree-level or above in a relevant discipline with appropriate professional qualifications and up to date professional knowledge.
• You will possess 1+ years in a similar position in a 4* Or 5* property.
• You will have a high degree of ‘emotional intelligence’, remaining rational and calm under pressure as well as open-minded and excited by cultural and professional diversity.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Arabic is a must.
