Pre-Sales Design Engineer (CCTV)
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Design ELV solution, specifically CCTV and access control as per the authorities’ requirements and regulations.
Review client’s inquiries, design and propose the most efficient solution to the clients.
Prepare quotations and assist all our partners in their technical and commercial queries.
Provide technical support for existing and future projects, including design and site supports.
Assist Integrators and partners when required during the testing and commissioning phase.
Develop and maintain long term relationships with customers to insure high levels of satisfaction.
Manage and interpret customer requirements.
Negotiate tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs.
Calculate quotations and analyze cost.Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education and offer after sales support services.
Liaise with other sales team members and technical experts to solve client’s problems.
Prepare technical presentation, demonstrate how products meet clients’ requirements and prepare reports.
Provide and update required information to liaise with accounts department for proper invoicing.
Follow up on invoicing delivery and payments collection in coordination with accounts department.
The ideal candidate should have 2 -3 years sales experience in IP CCTV, Access Control, VMS and other security systems. He should have the capability to assess the client needs and recommend the most suitable products/ solutions. The ideal candidate should also possess good experience in Security systems configuration, commissioning and troubleshooting. Must be a Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or Equivalent.
