Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate students with their creation of prototyping for Smart City.
- Work in collaboration with other trainers in conducting hands-on workshops.
- A sound understanding of design aesthetics, color theory. Creative thinker in approaching training workshops.
- Providing constructive inputs to students in enhancing their creation of prototypes.
- Inspire trust and confidence in students and peers.
- Set high expectations for student’s behavior, establishing and maintaining a good standard of behavior management through well focused teaching and through positive and productive relationships.
- Patient, tactful and sense of humor to work with young students.
- Provide assessment report of student prototypes to the project manager on daily basis.
- Ownership on the given resources for conducting workshops.
Start Date: 9 Jul 2017
End Date: 10 Aug 2017
Timings: 8 am - 1 pm. Facilitators to be available from 07:45 to 1.30.

- Exposure to learn technology & how to communicate
- Interns will have the opportunity to attend technical training's and learn how prototypes are developed to conduct workshops.
- There could be a full time opportunity for Smart candidates who prove their ability in this internship period.
- A certificate will be awarded for all the interns.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Architecture . Master’s Degree from any reputed university would be preferable.
- Ability to initiate, organizes, manage and complete training programs for students at various levels of knowledge.
- Demonstrate professionalism, commitment, integrity, strength of character and perseverance
- Inter-culturally aware with well-developed interpersonal skills
- Work well independently and as a team
- Mandatory Native Arabic speaker and English (Bilingual)
- ICT Skills
- Problem Solving Skills and ability to handle difficult situations with students.
- Willingness to travel within UAE.
