Key responsibilities
•Be the leader in your kitchen
•Cook delicious food every day
•Train your staff
•Manage all things food and people, from the quality of the raw ingredients received from our vendors to the learning and growth of team members
•Develop local culture and concepts to foster growth on the team
•Achieve and maintain the "A" letter grade from the Health Department, holding your team accountable and role-modeling cleanliness
•Motivate and manage all leaders in your team while interviewing and developing future team members
•Get down with numbers: troubleshoot and create action plans to move the business forward, manage food financials of the outlets, oversee schedules
•Learn, grow, and rise in the ranks, with the support of your leaders

Key requirements
•3-5 years’ professional experience as an Executive Chef with a 5 star
•Food Safety Certification
•Passion for real, good food and the leadership skills to make it happen
•Creativity and logic working in sync: your right brain and left brain are BFFs and you can create new menu items as easily as you breeze through a P&L
•Great ideas (we like to keep things fresh)
•Willingness to roll up the old sleeves and pitch in whenever necessary (it’s about the big picture)
•Demonstrated skills to motivate and develop a team of strong cooks and leaders
•Ability to perform physical requirements of the position
