The Role
A GCC investment company is seeking an experienced Real Estate Manager to take full responsibilities of the company new development projects in Dubai.
Overview
The Real Estate Manager is responsible for executing the day to day operations of Real Estate Company. Involved with all aspects of real estate developments including buying land, building projects, marketing and tenant relations, project and building maintenance, annual budgeting, operating expense management, financial reporting, and supervision of whole company.
Responsibilities

• Manage and lead company’s real estate projects.
• Will be the Manager for whole real estate business and will supervise the work of all employees.
• Responsible for all aspects of real estate development.
• Lead the development, implementation and monitor real estate projects to achieve targets and long-term sustainability offering maximum benefits to the company.
• Identify, investigate, analyze & recommend development opportunities to meet the company’s high expectations of standards, functionality and return.
• Handle and manage accurate and comprehensive documentation including consultants, contractors & agent’s agreements, relationship & appointments.

Requirements:

• A civil engineer or architect with 10 years’ experience in development field in Dubai real estate sector.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in major real estate projects playing leadership role with one or more of the main players in the market.
• Provide proven track record of expertise in managing Real Estate Company.
• Ability to cooperate independently and collaborate with Chairman for the implementation of the company strategy.

Specific Knowledge/ Skills:

• Knowledge of the region & understanding of real estate and investment law in Dubai
• Effective project management skills
• Excellent data compilation / reporting skills
• Advanced Project Management, MS Office skills
• Effective business writing skills
• High level of English proficiency. Arabic speaking will be an added advantage.
