Facility Maintenance Manager
Candidate must be eligible to handle and supervise our Maintenance team.
Our Maintenance team consist of: HVAC Technicians, electrical technicians, Plumbers, Carpenters, Painters, Masons.
Candidate must have 5 Years of UAE Experience.
Candidate must have an engineering degree.
UAE driving license is a plus.
And must possess the following:
Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and so on
Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security
Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
Advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments
drafting reports and making written recommendations
