Receptionist / HR Administrator

- Welcome guests to the office, and operate as a focal point for incoming telephone calls, e-mails and faxes.
- Project driven administrative duties to assist office teams, including typing, printing, binding, scanning and sending of documents, courier arrangements, tracking and follow up.
- Create and maintain an accurate and updated contact directory, and emergency contact information for employees.
- Maintain office stationary supplies including maintain the stock requirements, ordering stationary and distribute the items to relevant departments.
- Assist HR team with the onboarding process for new hires.
- Manage courier services with external vendors including tracking shipments, and assist with transportation arrangements as needed.
- Back up PRO responsibilities to cover when PRO is on annual leave or during special projects or as needed.
