Finance Manager

Job Description - Exp. in the same role with a big supermarket/hypermarket is essential - Exp. with Microsoft Dynamics NAV highly preferred - Manage the complete Accounts and Finance function of the Retail Division under the direct supervision of Finance Director to ensure that the business operations run smoothly. - Perform periodic period end closing and report accurate and timely financial results to the management - Perform the monitoring function to ensure that the company policies and procedures are followed. - Provide input on Policies improvement. - Ensure effective internal controls are in place to reduce the risk of fraud and error -Monitor the cash collection, deposit &reconciliation; process to ensure accurate recording and safe handling of cash -Manage relationship with suppliers, related parties, banks, auditors and other regulatory authorities for necessary business matters - Ensure that the business unit budgets are timely prepared, approved and strictly followed. - Carry out feasibility study for expansions / new projects - Ensure that ERP systems are effectively implemented and work with IT Function closely to make it happen - Prioritize and pay suppliers on timely basis to ensure the smooth business operations - Ensure Compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards - Carry out Audits by External / Internal Auditors - Provide effective business analysis to enable decision makers to take right decisions including store wise profitability, category wise profitability, Inventory Analysis etc. - Partner with Business Team - Perform cash flow forecasting & analysis,manage the funds efficiently and effectively and liaise with other group entities for this purpose Key Skills: Skills: - Proactive - Tech savvy (esp.
