Financial Manager

Financial Manager will be responsible for the financial health of the Company. To produce financial reports, developing strategies based on financial research and planning for the long & short term financial goals of the company.

* Understanding key business activities and offering support when required.
* Managing and developing the relationship with the client and ensuring reporting requirements are met to the appropriate deadlines
* Monitor day to day financial operation/activities within the company
* Develop accounting and management policies and procedures in consultation with the General Manager
* Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings
* Reviewing financial data, cost, value reports, producing key schedules and prepare monthly and annual report including extensive audit liaison for the Management.
* To deliver effective management information on financial activity across the contract, including an analysis of trends and challenges to the General Manager.
* Verify and report irregularities to management
* Assessing the financial stability/viability of potential clients and suppliers.
* Liaise with banks for day to day banking operations and assist in arranging the funded and non-funded bank facilities.
* Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes
