Set in an urban waterfront city-within-a city, the newly opened luxurious InterContinental Dubai Marina , offering its guests the perfect location to combine business and leisure, has an exciting career opportunity for you as a Guest Service Agent .
This position has responsibility to ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated and will be responsible for the satisfaction of all guests needs. This diverse, challenging role will be based in Guest Service Agent and should have sound knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services. You will ensure that all booking details are recorded accurately, ensuring that billing instructions are clarified, up-dating the guest folio and balancing all transactions at the end of every shift. As the Guest Service Agent you will represent the Guest Services department in a professional and courteous manner at all times with all guests & colleague interactions. You will perform the shift checklist to ensure accuracy of all aspect of shifts.
