HR Administrator

Charterhouse is working with a leading multinational manufacturer and distributor of household kitchen appliances that has a notable presence in the Middle East. Our client is looking to hire an HR Administrator to join the business working from their Dubai office.

As HR Administrator, your position will be split 80% administration to 20% HR. You will be responsible for visas and work permits, from renewals to new visas, although the organisation has a low staff turnover so applications are fairly infrequent. You will also assist with petty cash, expenses and general company errands. This role will require you to be flexible, covering for the receptionist when she is on leave and providing support to Senior Management.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be Degree educated and have more than 2 years' experience in a similar role. UAE experience is essential for this position. Our client will not consider candidates who have not previously used JAFZA / DAFZA or DMCC visa application portals.
