The HR Administrator will be:
Responsible for handling the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties
Carrying out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: departmental development, HRIS (Human Resource Information System), employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organization development, executive administration, and employment
Duties & Responsibilities/Deliverables:
The duties and responsibilities of the HR Administrator include but not limited to:
Providing advice and assistance to employees related to understanding and implementing approved HR policies and procedures. Coordinating with all departments to assist in identifying their staffing needs. Participating in the interviewing process function and assists in coordinating the scheduling of interviews with department/section heads Coordinating the training and development programs Assisting in the arrangement of visas and immigration procedures Coordinating staff recruitment procedures including employment contracts and housing arrangements, if any Supporting the HR Manager in resolving day-to-day HR problems and issues Ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of all activities relating to HR Preparing periodic reports for the HR Manager showing the performance of the HR unit Maintaining a high degree of confidentiality when dealing with applicants and employee matters relative to the HR function Staying up to date with all necessary Labor Laws and HR policies and procedures Coordinating with the finance department in regards to leavers and joiners (updating staff bank details, liaise with finance to issue final settlement…) Liaising with the Office Manager for updating the BMS with regards to any leaver/new joiner Coordinating with the insurance companies/brokers for updating staff records and adding them to the insurance scheme Assisting in the induction process for new joiners (prepare HR forms, conduct induction presentation…) Playing a key role in setting the HR strategy of MacroApply to Job
