HR and Administration Manager
The successful candidate will be the HR leader at this site. You will have an industrial background as an experienced HR professional. With your proven skills in HR, you will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. The Human Resources and Administration Manager will coordinate implementation of services, policies, and programs. This is a fantastic growth opportunity with a great company.
- Partner with site manager on HR related activities.
- Works on HR matters requiring high level of confidentiality;
- Handles all confidential employee relations and discipline related matters at the site.
- Responsible for the performance management process and working with site managers to drive the implementation of the program.
- Monitor performance reviews to ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
- Process Visas and monitor the process, as necessary.
- Coordinates administrative functions and provide general administrative support for the site.
- Processes new hires, terminations, qualifying events, open enrollment, etc., as needed on a daily basis;
- Responsible for ERP HR system;
- Develop/amend job descriptions, postings and coordinating recruitment advertising;
- Processes vendor billing / billing reconciliation and expense reimbursements as assigned;
- Assists with various employee relations activities (i.e. condolence and congratulations efforts, employee orientation, employee training, etc.);
- 'New Hire' orientation and prepare for new employee-s first day of work;
- Handle recruitment efforts for your site and assists with Worker-s Compensation claims, as needed;
- Collaborate with the US staff members including HR Manager, Recruiting Manager, HR Generalist, Payroll staff at corporate office to work on global HR projects and HRM Epicor system.
- Assists in various assignments and projects;
- All other duties as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile:
10 or more years experience in human resource management. Experience in administration and HR as a leader of a specific site desired.
