HR Manager

A leading QSR company with multiple cuisine concepts in UAE with branches across the Middle East looking for a well experienced HR Manager to join the head office team based in Dubai. The role will cover entire UAE operations.

Key responsibilities include;
1. Hands on and involve directly managing a small team, including HR officers, recruiters and PRO’s.
2. Overseeing the recruitment and selection of all staff from crew level in the restaurants to head office management posts.
3. Designing and delivering training programmes for the store teams to ensure successful on boarding with the company.
4. Dealing with disciplinary issues and day-to-day staffing concerns.
5. Responsible for arranging the relocation of staff across outlets working in conjunction with the operations team.
6. Managing the employee transportations to all outlets and between central warehouse and accommodations.
7. Administer the staff accommodations and ensure standards are maintained and manage room allocations and future planning.
8. Handle the visa process to ensure staff are recruited and brought on board in a timely manner and according to all legal and company requirements.
9. Arrangement of pay scales and modification according to developments in the company.
10. Preparation of company payroll on a monthly basis, ensure salary is processed on time.
11. Preparation of employee handbook detailing all policies and guidelines.
12. Design and manage employee incentive programmes and be responsibility for the issue of payments.
13. Ready to accept the new challenges and deliver results up to the management expectations.
Requirements
• Previous HR Manager Experience essential. F&B/Retail is preferred.
• HR Generalist background.
• UAE experience of 2 years minimum in managerial role.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
