We are looking for an HR assistant to handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties, coordinate between HR managers and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. Support daily HR activities and assist in coordinating processes and ensure work is organized.

Should be able to work autonomously and assist in more complex HR duties, coordinating interviews and contacting candidates

HR Assistant Responsibilities

  • 1.Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • 2.Providing clerical and administrative support to the Manager.
  • 3.Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • 4.Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, etc.)
  • 5.Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • 6.Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences & leaves, etc.)
  • 7.Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
  • 8.Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
  • 9.Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database.

Gender : Female

Experience : 2 to 3 year in UAE.

North Indian preferable .

Salary : 3500 to 4500/-
