HR Change & Implementation Manager

The Regional Change/Implementation Manager – HR Systems will be responsible for managing the change associated with the implementation of the new Global HR Information System across the British Council in the region. They will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of the project to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes. They will work across functional teams, and act as a subject matter expert on the new platform and the changes required to effectively implement the new technology. They will also ensure strategic alignment with the overall HR Fit for Purpose programme goals. The post holder will report to the Fit for Purpose HR Systems Implementation Manager and will work closely with the Head of HR in the region. They will be responsible for co-ordinating and managing all elements of the Systems implementation of SuccessFactors within their region and assist where required other implementation leads in achieving successful outcomes. They will also manage the impact to change of process where required and embed change and the new system workflows into daily operational work practices.

The candidates must be in MENA and able to travel to all MENA countries.
