We deliver Facility Management services to both Cleveland Clinic and Healthpoint Hospitals in Abu Dhabi, large-scale medical facilities in Saudi Arabia and a range of educational and commercial properties in the UAE. We also deliver postgraduate education to Officers in the Qatar Armed Forces through the Joaan Bin Jassim Joint Command and Staff College in Doha.

Reporting to: HR Support Services Manager
Key Purpose
The HR Administrator is primarily responsible to assist the efficient and effective HR related administration of the HR Support Services and is required to provide support on administration, coordination and support tasks as assigned by the HR Support Services Manager
Key Accountabilities
Responsible to track all service requests that is received by HR Support Services in the prescribed format / solution and track them through to resolution.
Provide tier 2 system support to the HR and the business by resolving less complex tickets/user issues within agreed timeframes and service level agreements
Develop and maintain the system issues and defects tracker to support identification and resolution of recurring issues.
Responsible to keep track of the Process and System Improvement tracker and work with HR Support Services and other HR colleagues to ensure that the required changes are managed appropriately.
Responsible for coordinating the roles and access permissions to various HR Systems on a regular basis and updating the Delegated Authority Matrix on all relevant systems on a monthly basis.
Coordinate between the Corporate Applications team (CA), Corporate Directory team, SAP Finance team and My HR on BAU, projects and initiatives.
Provide administrative support to projects ( register management, training coordination, data entry/collection, task coordination, data validation etc.) and deliver tasks within the HR Support Services
Responsible for System testing and training data set up
Provide hands on testing service of HR Systems as advised by the HR Support Services Manager
Support the development of training collateral for various system and process changes
Responsible to provide administrative support for all system testing and training delivery.
Assists the Support Services team with administration based tasks, such as data gathering, data validation, data entry and processing.
Develop an effective working relationship with other HR based departments to facilitate efficient processing of multi department dependant tasks.
Responsible to maintain the HR System documentation and process maps
Support the onshore HR Support Services Team in managing follow-up, urgent or escalated enquiries by effectively navigating MyHR/SAP/EIC/ SF technologies and other HR systems
Essential technical and professional skills, knowledge and qualifications
Education
A degree holder, preferably with certification in HR systems
Experience
Minimum of 1- 2 years’ experience in field is a must (Middle East experience preferable).
Experience in SAP / other HR Systems and troubleshooting system issues is a must
Experience within a Multinational company.
Knowledge and Skills
SAP experience is preferred.
Experienced PC user familiar with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and Visio.
Sufficient typing speed and accuracy
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and confident in communicating with people across all levels within the company.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines on assigned projects.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Self-starter and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to handle confidential information in strict confidence.
Ability to work in a fluid, diverse and fast paced work environment.

Develop a good understanding of business processes and SAP capability in order to provide a quality service to the business.
