Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner, the role will be focused on providing daily support for the HR Operations in the areas of onboarding,...NTS Group are proudly working on an exclusive basis with a leading Multi-National Services company, who are now seeking a HR Generalist for their Dubai Office.
Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner, the role will be focused on providing daily support for the HR Operations in the areas of onboarding, implementation and administration of policies/procedures, record keeping and HR compliance.
The role will be extremely busy and varied, with typical duties ranging from conducting the inductions of all new starters, performing exit interviews and all employee related issues.
Furthermore, you will be involved in the management of all employee medical & life insurance policies, managing employee annual leave balances, maintaining all personnel files and other personnel records as required and working very closely with the payroll team in the processing of the monthly payroll.
You will maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with employment related laws and regulations as well as provide monthly HR metrics and reports as defined by the HR Business Partner.
UAE regional knowledge is essential, as is exceptional labour law understanding. Experience in the services or manufacturing fields are preferred, as is working in a complex multi-national environment.
You will need to be a superb communicator, who is happy to travel round the UAE (weekly travel to other offices will be required) and will be confident in your approach. This role will be best suited to an assertive individual, who has the ability to influence and is very comfortable working with senior management.
The salary on offer for this role is AED 15,000 – 17,000 (+ Benefits).

Requirements
To be considered, you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or a similar related discipline (Masters degree is preferred) and a minimum of 5 years HR generalist experience.UAE regional knowledge is essential, as is exceptional labour law understanding.
